Meet Kyle

Kyle Jane Harrow is an exercise physiologist who specializes in Corrective Exercise and foot health. She holds Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is a certified personal trainer. As a lifelong athlete, she has spent a considerable amount of time, energy and money rehabbing her own injuries and restoring proper function to her own body. Kyle says:

“I know first hand the frustration of trying to find answers for my pain and poorly functioning body. Through my own journey of hip and back pain, bunion surgery and orthotics, I have discovered that the path to a healthy functioning body and relief from pain more often than not starts with the feet.”

Kyle is an avid hiker and to avoid injuries she practices what she preaches. She has helped a lot of her fellow hikers deal with acute and chronic injuries that tend to haunt hikers such as sprained ankles, plantar fasciitis and knee pain.

Kyle also partners with other health professionals such as chiropractors and massage therapists, to guide their patients on the journey to restoring bodies to proper function and movement. Her expertise perfectly complements and enhances treatments by these health professionals. If you’re interested in working with Kyle, contact her today!
